WORD LIST
1. agenda: a list, plan, outline, or the like, of things to be done, matters to be acted or voted upon, etc; Homework and practice are always a part of my daily agenda. 
2. agile: quick and well-coordinated in movement, lithe, active; The tiger has to be agile to be able to catch his prey.
3. alienate: to make indifferent hostile or isolated; Students that move to a new school often are alienated by the rest of the school.
4. altercation: a heated or angry dispute, noisy argument or controversy; The girl was mad because she had an altercation with a teacher about her grade.
5. amiable: having or showing pleasant, good-natured personal qualities, affable, friendly; Being an outgoing person, his manner was very amiable.
6. amorous: showing feeling or relating to sexual desire; The drunk man was feeling very amorous at the bar by the end of the night.
7. animated: bring to life; Walt Disney has made many animated movies.
8. equanimity: mental calmness, composure and evenness of temper in a difficult situation; The cashier regained equanimity after the customer let her child make a big mess in the toy aisle
9. inalienable: unable to be taken away from or give away; The rights to hold periodic free elections and to participate in them as a  citizen are inalienable.

10. inanimate: not alive; not in the manner of animals and humans; Children sometimes have the idea that inanimate objects can both think and have a personality.
11. magnanimous: very generous or forgiving toward a rival or someone else powerful than oneself; His magnanimous soul subdued the force of his love.
12. reactionary: (of a person or a set of views) opposing political or social liberalization or reform; There are some signs of a reactionary movement in the art of fiction.
